Set out what each candidate area is being asked to do — proximity to the arrival gateway, walkability, quiet in the evening, access to public transport — and only then look at what is available inside the area that wins. A mediocre room in the right area consistently beats an excellent one in the wrong place, and the difference compounds over every day of the stay.
